Meet Our Compassionate Team

DMH Support Services was founded by Kristy in 2022, following almost two decades working in aged care, disability and community services. Kristy began working in aged care in 2003, later studying psychology and counselling to build a deeper understanding of behaviour and mental health.

She has since supported people living with Down syndrome, stroke, Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis, alongside volunteering with the Australian Red Cross and St Vincent de Paul Society. Kristy holds certifications in NLP, art therapy and play therapy, and is currently completing a further practitioner certification.

Today, DMH Support Services offers sex therapy, couples therapy and art therapy, alongside NDIS support including disability support, in-home assistance, community access and independent living skills, across the Central Coast. Get in touch to find out more.
